SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME

You came. You loved what you saw. You bought it.

We want your Anjoriya Jewels items to be delivered to you in excellent condition, and always on time. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take 7-10 days longer. We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay. Taking great care in delivering your order, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. We ship through Ship-Rocket or any other standard courier service throughout India.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • We offer free shipping for all orders to be delivered within India.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

  • You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

  • It is our earnest effort to deliver the best of the best quality products to you. 

    As a policy, no exchange or returns are offered on any product that’s delivered in the best of condition.

    However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to re-fulfilling your order. The right product will be delivered to the customer in 7- 14 working days. In Case of Refund it will be processed with a timeline of 5-10 days.

    To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit please get in touch with us via email on anjoriyajewels@gmail.com within 24 hours of the product delivery.

     Once the order has been placed and processed it can’t be cancelled.

    Cancellations can only happen on the day the order has been placed.

RETURN SHIPMENT PROCESS

  • To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care via mail and we will arrange a return shipment for you. For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable. Please address all returns to:
